Channel Manager

POSITION INFO:

As a Channel Manager you will have a strong focus on managing the client channel journey to ensure effective deployment and adoption of solutions in new regions

You will use your milestone reporting skills to ensure that finance is informed when relevant milestones are reached whilst playing a crucial role throughout the post deployment lifecycle

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years Regional Team management

Minimum of 5 years experience managing SLA budgets

Minimum of 5 years operational experience

Minimum of 4 years software deployment across Sub Saharan Africa

Strong eye for Quality Assurance in line with service schedule

ISO27001 compliant

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree
