SUMMARY:
A specialist provider of contact centre, customer experience and enterprise communication solutions is looking for a dedicated Channel Manager.

This role will be responsible for owning and driving all channel and partner related growth across the company’s product range. They will be the owner of the channel growth strategy and will be required to drive sales targets while building market share dynamically and aggressively.

A high level of expertise in regards to contact centre and unified collaboration sales lifecycles, strategies and approaches are required. This role will need to build existing partner relationships while establishing new possible contacts and converting them into long term high value channels.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales/Business/ICT - Advantageous
- Clear understanding of the sales lifecycle and sales strategy
- Demonstrated experience in the Contact Centre and UC industry
- Have a good understanding of business processes
- Able to deep dive into customer needs analysis for solution design
- General knowledge of ICT, infrastructure, cloud and contact centre concepts
