Excellent opportunity to team up with leading Global Bank focused on providing Transactional Banking to Corporate African clients. Lead channel function across diverse geography and manage the end to end solution, design and implementation of transacting platforms across digital and physical channels. Develop channel strategy, influence channel optimization and drive customer satisfaction across markets in the portfolio. Relevant channel, product and/or geographical experience in the Africa region essential. Great opportunity to engage and input into the development of the group wide Transactional Banking Channel and Distribution Strategy, Frameworks and Policies.
