POSITION INFO:

Salix Recruitment has partnered up with a few corporation in the market and assisting them to find high calibre qualified Chartered accountants to join their Finance team.

Duties:

Submit corporate tax returns;
Oversee the duties of the accounting team;
Implement accounting systems and processes;
Reconcile income statements;
Prepare monthly financial reports;
Control the master data of the general register;
Review and release online banking payments;
Ensure compliance with state revenue service;
Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support;
Manage the full financial process;
Prepare an expense budget report.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric) with distinctions;
Completed BCom Accounting degree;
Completed BCom honours/CTA;
Registered as a CA(SA)

Experience:

Completed SAICA articles in a recognised audit firm;
1/2 post articles experience in commercial industry is a MUST;
Exposure within Manufacturing/Retail/FMCG or related industries would be beneficial.
