POSITION INFO:

Salix Recruitment has partnered up with a few corporation in the market and assisting them to find high calibre qualified Chartered accountants to join their Finance team.

Duties:

• Submit corporate tax returns;
• Oversee the duties of the accounting team;
• Implement accounting systems and processes;
• Reconcile income statements;
• Prepare monthly financial reports;
• Control the master data of the general register;
• Review and release online banking payments;
• Ensure compliance with state revenue service;
• Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support;
• Manage the full financial process;
• Prepare an expense budget report.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric) with distinctions;
• Completed BCom Accounting degree;
• Completed BCom honours/CTA;
• Registered as a CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA articles in a recognised audit firm;
• 1/2 post articles experience in commercial industry is a MUST;
• Exposure within Manufacturing/Retail/FMCG or related industries would be beneficial.
