Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned to organisational objectives Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations to enhance profitability and business performance Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Take full ownership of the accounting function, including general ledger management, reconciliations, month-end, and year-end reporting Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation, treasury functions, and cost-control initiatives Manage investment portfolios and property-related financial activities, including lease agreements Ensure payroll accuracy and ongoing compliance with statutory requirements Maintain compliance with taxation, audit, governance, and regulatory requirements Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while supporting key stakeholders across the business Job Experience and Skills Required Qualification: CA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA Articles Minimum 2 years post-articles experience Proven experience within a full-function finance environment Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic financial insight Skills: Strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management Apply Now!
