JOB SUMMARY:
Large, well established company situated in Kempton Park seeking a newly qualified Chartered Accountant who is passionate about customer service, highly organised and an excellent administrator to join the finance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Full bookkeeping function
Reconciliations of all GL accounts
Preparation and processing of journal entries into operating system
Inventory corrections – RIC’s
Loading of Fixed assets into operating system and reconciliations
Analysing expense accounts
Preparation of overtime schedules, cell phone schedules, fuel schedules for Salary input
Month end closure
VAT201 Recon and submission
Assistance with Stock takes
Assistance with Audit queries
General office duties and ad hock projects

Qualifications and experience

Recently qualified CA (essential)
At least 1 year’s full bookkeeping function experience (essential)
Syspro preferable
Advanced MS Excel
Attention to detail
