Diploma in professional baking and bakery management (NQF Level 6). Experienced baker with minimum of five years in the baking industry. Strong understanding of various bakery processes, including bread, pastry and confectionary commercial production. Ability to adapt recipes and troubleshoot baking challenges. Normal 8h00 to 17h00 working hours.Excellent business English. Professional to train and demonstrate to Clients. Health and Safety. Valid drivers licence.
