Chef Trainer and Assessor | East Rand - Gauteng | Nationwide Catering Brand

We are looking for an experienced CHEF TRAINER AND ASSESSOR to join the team of this well-known Nationwide Catering Brand with multiple regional units.

The Trainer will be responsible for: covering all training related interventions for multiple units Nationwide, and will be based in the East Rand, Gauteng

As ideal candidate you will have:

• Grade 12
• Formal qualification in Professional Cookery and Food and Beverages Services
• Uphold Assessor Qualification within professional cookery and food and beverage services
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Willing to travel once a month for a week to conduct learnership in other regions or visiting regional units
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Compliance and adherence to the workplace skills plan
• All admin related duties: training i.e: feedback in terms of conducted training sessions to Management etc
• Printing and preparing of upcoming training interventions
• Conducting of learnership, assessments and moderation of portfolios
• Support to the practical kitchen with chef classes and training
• Updating all relevant training documents and materials
• Coordinating of venues when conducting training interventions and other related events

Start: ASAP

Salary package: R20 000
