POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant subject or currently in the pursuit of one – THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Ability to challenge traditional educational thinking and educate beyond the curriculum
• Willingness to contribute to research and development within the organisation
• Able to  teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care
• Able to identify, quantifying and qualifying curriculum requirements and conceptualising, developing and integrating lesson plans into the Cambridge curriculum to augment and otherwise broaden the students understanding of the topic and how the knowledge element construct works in other areas of learning and life.
• Able to contribute to oral and/or written assessments, reports and references relating to individual students or the cohort of student
• Willingness to nurture the ongoing development of a sustainable culture where educators view themselves essentially as facilitators of learning and reflective practitioners
