Our client, a well-established Audiology Group is seeking an innovative Chief Audiologist to lead their in-person Audiology Clinical practices based in Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Cape Town clinics (advice, consultation, fittings and after-sales) including online diagnostics, sales, and support for rural and urban clients.
- Sales Leadership: Drive multi-channel sales, clinic walk-ins and e-commerce.
- Tech Integration: Utilising our fast-developing multi-channel marketing and mobile platforms to reach more customers.
- Launch Execution: This key position requires a high degree of autonomy.
- General Management: Full profit centre responsibility.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ Audiology experience.
- HPCSA-registered (valid and current certification).
- Proven skills in hearing aid advice, consultation, fittings and after-sales care.
- Strong sales track record.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, thrives with challenges, ready to lead this venture.
