SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified CEO to their operations in the Pilanesberg.
POSITION INFO:
Experience & Skills required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related studies, MBA, or MSc in tourism.
An understanding of the tourism industry (Government Policy and Private Sector Stakeholder landscape) will be an added advantage.
Understanding of the Group reporting processes and financial management regime.
Significant experience in the hospitality and safari industry.
Knowledge of online booking systems and back-office intranet solutions.
Ability to train, develop and manage large operational and executive teams.
Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanour in high stress environments.
At least 10 years proven experience at senior management, including 5 years at executive-level.
Private entities experience at senior management level will be an added advantage.
