Multi-layered business focussing on development, learnership, training and upskilling is on the hunt for a Chief Executive Officer, as the CEO you will be responsible for leading and developing the long-term vision and strategy as well as being responsible for the growth strategy and direction of the company. This is a very operational role.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• 8years experience in a strategic role within an Educational, learnership or Training space.
• Understanding of B-BBEE / Transformation

Job description:

• Take charge of the growth, strategic direction and operational effectiveness and efficiencies of the group.
• Develop the long-term vision and produce strategies with a view to creating shareholder added value and business growth.
• Liaise closely with shareholders and Group CEO
• Liaise with and be the fluid in motion between various business divisions in the group.
