SUMMARY:
One of our industry leading Mining clients is searching for a driven individual who can effectively manage and cultivate client relationships in several nations, adhering to financial targets, with the goal of growing the company's business. In line with the approved Group Strategic Plan, the Chief Financial Officer will also be expected to manage the newly opened offices, find and create new possibilities and products inside the region and across national borders, and launch new operations.

POSITION INFO:
Job and Company Description:

Strategic Leadership and Growth: Develop and execute organizational strategies, aligning regional plans with the group strategy. Identify new market opportunities and expand operations accordingly.
Business Development and Brand Management: Drive business growth by marketing the brand, up-selling services, and acquiring new clients. Evaluate and pursue market expansion opportunities.
Operational Excellence and Resource Management: Oversee operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Manage resources effectively, including staffing and technical input.
Financial and People Management: Ensure effective financial management and budgeting for each country. Provide leadership in recruiting, developing, and managing personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Skills and Other Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification.
Bring 6-8 years of experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
Showcase your ability to inspire and empower teams to drive sustainable financial growth.
Proven business management experience at an executive or senior level.
6-8 years post articles experience in a similar role would be preferred.
