Chief Financial Officer - Gauteng (6 month contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our cliënt in the Automotive Industry is urgently looking for a Temp CFO based in Gauteng.

Duties:
Business Control and evaluation of current practices.
Costing and sales pricing
Revenue Management – improve sustainable profitability.
Performance Steering – improve productivity
Business Development
New business models and business process documentation (SOPs)
Legal financial requirements (new POPI Act)
Balance sheet and cash
Total Value chain view and any project management
Cost reduction and efficiencies
Digitalization of Finance
Competence Strategy / Learning & Tools for NSC & Retailers
Employee experience – Management of staff and remote teams
Recruitment manager
Trainees and graduate’s management and leadership
Full HR and payroll function
Transfer pricing function and approval
Costing function
Import and export management function
Stock management
Legal function
Leasing and Logistics function
Digital IT function and deploy technology
Supplier and customer relationships and negotiations – improve customer service
Supply chain management
Insurance and Finance management
Data Protection Officer
RFQ responsibility & Business plans
Treasury control
Internal control responsibility – Operational risk management
Budgeting and 5-year Business Plans
Taxation

Requirements:
Relevant Degree (CA would be beneficial)
SAP Accounting
Must be available to start immediately
