JOB SUMMARY:
Chief Financial Officer required for a 12 month contract based in the East Rand in the Power Generation Services industry. Candidates must be a qualified CA (SA) + 10 years experience as a CFO. This is an EE position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualified CA (SA)
10+ years experience in a similar role
Candidates must be available immediately as this is a contract assignment (12 months)
Financial management and strategy planning
Business leadership, improvement and implementations
Liaise with the board of Directors
Financial models
Ensure financial and operational goals are reached
Annual operating plans
Budgets
Financial reporting
Cash management, cash flow forecasts, treasury
Work closely with the Plant Manager, Operations Manager
Improve processes
GAAP and IFRS (South African and UK)
Review and approve Financial Statements for the Group
Lead and manage annual audits
Adhere to and enhance internal controls
Handling tax matters
Project cost controls
Fuel, spares, stock and inventory valuation
