Chief Innovation Officer: Electronic Engineering

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Own the company’s overall technology and innovation strategy while partnering with key leaders in business to establish and execute on the company’s technology roadmap.

Develop technology roadmaps, prioritize R&D investments to support that roadmap, and deliver innovative solutions to customers.

Challenge business and engineering leaders across the organization to be bold in making strategic technology moves and investments in order to transform the solutions.

Programme Manage all Research and New Product Development projects.

Lead and manage the Engineering department.
