Reputable and growing company is seeking a COO to play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative, commercial and operational functions of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
POSITION INFO:
Qualification
- A Post Graduate Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with involvement in managing factory operations, production planning, and process optimization would be an added advantage.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of administration, production, supply chain, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food manufacturing regulations.
- Oversee the sales, marketing, and R&D teams to align operations with current market trends and customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and profitability.
