Duties and responsibilities
- Follow procurement procedure and Health and Safety procedures.
- Execute strategies developed by the top management team and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Adhere to company, country, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and acting when necessary.
- Always ensure profitability of the companies.
- Lead a specific strategic imperative.
- Reach KPI’s set by the top management.
- Prepare Executive Summaries, Forecasts, Budgets and Proposals for reporting to the top management.
- Ensure reputation is upheld and improved upon.
- Implement top management team/Board of Directors strategies in all areas related to:
- Production
- Marketing and sales
- Research and development
- Training
- Quality Assurance
- IT
- Client relations and Customer service
- HR and Recruitment
