Chief Quality Officer

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, has an opportunity available for a Chief Quality Officer to be based in the Postmasburg, Northern Cape area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Required)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate (Required)
• Total Quality Management Certificate (Required)
• National Diploma Safety Management or Risk Management or Quality (Required)
• Five (5) Years Risk, Legal Compliance and Quality Operations Experience or Quality Assurance and Control Experience or Integrated Systems Experience or Document Control Experience (Required)
• Two (2) Years Operational Management or Enterprise Risk Management Experience (Required)
• Valid Code B Driving License (Required)
• System Skills: Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning, Information Management Systems, Libryo System and SHERQ Systems.

KPAs:

• Assist to coordinate, implement, control and monitor change plans
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures
• Implement compliance requirements
• Implementation of operational plans
• Quality assurance
• Internal audits
• Systems Management
• Comply with IMS standards
• Provide input in budget planning process and monitor expenses
