Qualification Requirement:
- Grade 12 (Required)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate (Required)
- Total Quality Management Certificate (Required)
- National Diploma Safety Management or Risk Management or Quality
Experience Required:
- Five (5) Years Risk, Legal Compliance and Quality Operations Experience
- Or Quality Assurance and Control Experience or Integrated Systems Experience
- Document Control Experience (Required)
- Two (2) Years Operational Management or Enterprise Risk Management Experience
- Valid Code B Driving License (Required). REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Behavioural Competencies:
Basic Self-Leadership Skills, Basic Assertiveness Skills, Basic Communication Skills, Basic Problem-Solving Skills, Basic Conflict Management Skills, Foundational Business Acumen and Basic Financial Management Skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist to coordinate, implement, control, and monitor change plans
- Data integrity control
- Identify improvement initiatives and team recognition
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures
- Implement compliance requirements
- Team planning l Resource mobilisation l Conflict resolution l Implementation of operational plans l Change management l Quality assurance l Internal audits
- Systems Management l Comply with IMS standards
- Provide input in budget planning process and monitor expenses
- Internal and external customer support
- Personal development and closing of training gaps
