Chief Technician: Smart Radiosensors

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting a Chief Technician to perform and lead the design, operations and maintenance of the sub-sections of plants or facilities (nuclear and chemical) and to support the operation and optimization of plants and R&I projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise technical and support services; implement, assemble, and troubleshoot complex systems.

• Lead design and commissioning of systems; contribute to project feasibility studies.

• Coach and train technical staff; develop skills of team members.

• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and company processes.

• Execute tasks cost-effectively and assist with project budgeting and costing.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Instrumentation or equivalent.

• 6 to 7 years relevant experience in Instrumentation/Electrical, including 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Advanced technical knowledge of instruments, processes, and engineering/scientific principles.

• Computer literate with experience in engineering/scientific software and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Supervisory skills, safety orientation, creativity, and teamwork.
