POSITION INFO:
We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our design team and shape the future of our product development efforts.
Position Summary:
As the Chief Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of mechanical product design from concept to production. You will play a key strategic role in defining product architecture, ensuring engineering excellence, and mentoring a team of talented engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design activities across multiple projects.
• Define design standards, workflows, and best practices for the engineering team.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration.
• Oversee detailed CAD modeling, simulations, and technical documentation.
• Drive innovation in product design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, tolerance analyses, and test plans.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
• Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA, FEA, and GD&T.
• Proven experience taking complex mechanical products from concept to production.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
