An established grower, packer, and exporter of fresh fruit is seeking a Citrus Production Manager for their production units based near Swellendam. If you have the passion and expertise to drive excellence in citrus production, I would like to hear from you.
 

POSITION INFO:
Personnel & Administration: Oversee labour planning and management, maintain accurate records, arrange transport and accommodation, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment, orchards, and general infrastructure

Financial: Ensure cost control by focusing on efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Post-matric qualification in Agriculture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in citrus cultivation
• Knowledge of modern production practices
• Specific experience in irrigation practices will be advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
