Job Description:
An established grower, packer, and exporter of fresh fruit is seeking a Citrus Production Manager for their production units based near Swellendam. If you have the passion and expertise to drive excellence in citrus production, I would like to hear from you.

POSITION INFO:
Personnel & Administration: Oversee labour planning and management, maintain accurate records, arrange transport and accommodation, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment, orchards, and general infrastructure

Financial: Ensure cost control by focusing on efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Post-matric qualification in Agriculture or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in citrus cultivation
Knowledge of modern production practices
Specific experience in irrigation practices will be advantageous
Strong leadership and communication skills
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
