This is an opportunity to step into a technically significant role within a growing renewable energy environment. If you enjoy tackling complex civil and structural challenges across multiple technologies, this role will keep you engaged and developing.

In this position, you will support multidisciplinary infrastructure projects spanning PV, wind, and battery energy storage systems. You will work closely with EPC teams, ensuring all designs are compliant, constructible, and aligned with project risks and timelines.

Our client is an established engineering and energy solutions business delivering large-scale renewable projects across Africa. They offer a collaborative environment, technical depth, and exposure to full-project lifecycles.

What You’ll Do

• Produce site grading, foundation designs, and civil infrastructure layouts for various renewable technologies

• Perform structural analysis and verification for PV racks, wind turbine foundations, and BESS enclosures

• Design battery enclosures for fire suppression, ventilation, and thermal management

• Conduct constructability reviews for access roads, buildings, and auxiliary structures

• Coordinate with EPC teams to ensure structural compliance and effective risk mitigation

What You Bring

• Pr Eng registration

• 5–9 years’ civil and structural engineering experience

• Strong structural analysis capability across renewable technologies

• Experience with foundation design, infrastructure layouts, and site development

• Ability to collaborate effectively with EPC and multidisciplinary teams
