Contract: 12 Months (with possibility of extension)

A prospective new client in the infrastructure and energy sector is looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager for a long-term project at Tutuka Power Station.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction of a sewage dam (clay-based, not concrete)
- Manage civil construction teams and site activities
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and project plans
- Operate and supervise use of dumpy level and other survey tools
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines
Minimum Requirements:â
Proven experience with dam construction, ideally clay dams

Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans
â
Proficient with dumpy level and site layout equipment
â
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
â
Willingness to be based in Standerton for the duration of the project
