JOB SUMMARY:
A market leader in the industry is looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in private residential properties and township developments. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Form part of an existing design office and report to Design Centre Leader

Act as Project Leader and be responsible for management of internal team members

Report to Design Centre Leader on project progress, forecasts & ISO Compliance

Compilation of feasibility reports, technical reports & tender adjudication reports

Compilation and management of tender documentation & technical specifications

Performing site inspections and leading site meetings

Overall contract/project management

Direct interaction with clients

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of general conditions of contract

Experience on AutoCAD, Civils 3D, MS Office Suite and Excel

Design experience in township development and general civil works

Bulk services planning experience advantageous

Good knowledge of Local Authority & Public Works approval processes

Qualification:

BEng/BSc Engineer in Civil Engineering

Must be registered as a Pr. Eng or eligible to register within the next 12 months

Valid Drivers Licence

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
