SUMMARY:
We are expanding our Urban Infrastructure Division and looking for a motivated and technically capable Civil Engineer or Engineering Technologist with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the design of bulk water supply and wastewater infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Support for the design and documentation of bulk water pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and wastewater systems
Conduct hydraulic modelling and calculations using tools such as EPANET or IDAS
Assist in preparing engineering drawings, BOQs, technical reports, and specifications
Participate in construction monitoring, site inspections, and technical reviews
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Ensure compliance with SANS standards, municipal guidelines, and best engineering practices

Minimum Requirements

BSc / BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Eligible for registration with ECSA (Professional registration)
At least 3 years’ experience in the design of bulk water and/or wastewater infrastructure
Competency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Projects
Hydraulic modelling tools is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
