POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in a supervisory role on civil projects.
- Proven ability to manage construction teams across pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and standards (SANS 1200).
- Basic civil surveying and setting-out skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior foremen and team members.
- Valid driverâs license (Code EB+).
