POSITION INFO:
Civil Project Engineer Build the Infrastructure Behind the World's Leading Mining Projects From mine infrastructure and process plants to world-class mining developments, DRA Global delivers the projects that keep the industry moving. We're looking for a Civil Project Engineer ready to lead complex engineering packages and deliver mining and mineral processing projects from concept through execution, commissioning and handover. Working as part of a multidisciplinary EPCM team, you'll provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, overseeing the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of civil engineering works, structures and associated infrastructure. You'll collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver technically challenging projects while ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and project execution. This opportunity is suited to an accomplished Civil Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, leading project teams and delivering world-class mining projects. What Makes You a Strong Fit • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • 5-10 years' Civil Engineering experience. • Minimum 5 years' project engineering\/project delivery experience. • Proven EPCM experience within the mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial sectors. • Registered Professional Engineer (PrEng) or demonstrable progress towards professional registration. • Strong technical engineering expertise with excellent project management, leadership and commercial contractual management skills. • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. • Demonstrated experience delivering civil engineering packages from concept through execution, commissioning and handover. • Willingness to travel to project sites as required. • PMP certification and underground mining project experience will be advantageous.
