JOB SUMMARY:
Location: Paarl – Western Cape
Reporting to: Group Operations Manager

This company provides direct niche finance solutions to the legal industry. We provide tailor made funding and finance solutions to attorneys, suppliers of medical services, suppliers of medico-legal reports, as well as victims in the field of personal injury law.

What Will You Do?
Claims Attorneys protect their clients’ rights over the course of a claim. They handle several aspects of a claim from accident or damage reconstruction to negotiations. Claims Attorneys may give legal advice, prepare legal documents, perform legal research, draft crucial case documentation, and deliver coverage opinions.
This is an office-based position that includes travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluation of all incoming 3rd party claims
Categorizing of all claims based on merits of the claim
Referring of claims to partner Attorney’s
Manage to process with Attorney’s
Marketing of the Product

Requirements of the Role:

Qualified Lawyer
Experience in 3rd party claims
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
At least 1 year experience in the relative field

Good interpersonal skills
Communication skills
Negotiation Skills
