Our client in the insurance industry is urgently looking for a recent graduate to train as a claims consultant

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the insurance industry is urgently looking for a recent graduate to train as a claims consultant

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Requirements:

A successful candidate is someone that has matriculated between 2015 and 2018 with an average of 75% and above
No industry experience is required (candidates must have some kind of work experience)
Must live in and around the Roodepoort area(non-negotiable)
Must have a degree with an overall average of 70% and above
Must be Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities:

Administering of claims and opening of files;
Day to day self-management of claims;
Appointing and authorizing assessors
Directing claims input on systems;
Ensure appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlement;
Managing repudiations, insuring fairness and diplomatic communication;
Application of Policy terms and conditions;
Ad Hoc Projects.
