JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a world leading claims and medical assistance handling company, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Claims Consultant to join their team. This position is based at their office in the Cape Town CBD.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Medical insurance claims handling (assessing and processing of)
Accounts administration
Continuous interaction with clients over phone and via email regarding claims
Follow-up with medical centers and clients
Arranging assistance to clients as needed
Walking clients through the process and assisting them as needed
Ensuring that the claims are processed in a fast and accurate manner at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be fluent in both Italian and English (written and oral)
Valid South African Visa (mandatory)
Must reside in or around the city center
Excellent telephone & email etiquette
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate
Ability to work under pressure
Keen eye for detail
