JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for qualified and experienced Claims Handlers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Liaising with the clients regularly - advising them on any progress and keeping them updated
Help the insurer investigate the claim to ensure it’s genuine
Working with risk analysts, service providers and other parties to ensure speedy service of the best quality
Ensuring a fair settlement and good customer service for the client
Act as a claim’s technical advisor by educating the client about claim processes and procedures
Continuously follow up with service providers regarding claim’s jobs authorised
Swift and efficient resolution of client queries/complaints
Authorization of claims
Ensure appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlement
Managing repudiations, insuring fairness and diplomatic communication
Provision and adherence to claim’s service levels
Application of policy terms and conditions
Detection and management of fraud, dishonesty and misrepresentation
Day to day self-management of claims
Input and maintenance of claims information on system A
Remaining motivated and positive in a high-pressure environment
Adhering to the SOP’s and claim’s processes in place
