Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and Resolve Technical Queries and Complex Claims
Lead, mentor, and support a team of claims professionals
Monitor and improve claims processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
Quality Control and Compliance

Sectors: Insurance Functions: Third Parties Recovery, Recoveries, Liabilities, Commercial Claims Qualifications: RE 5, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric Skills: Minimum of 5–7 years in claims handling, Technical Expertise, Analytical Skills, Good Communication Skills
