SUMMARY:
An ambassador for my client who contributes to the group by establishing new and strengthening existing intermediary and direct client relationships.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related disciplines
Masters or advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
+ 5 Years of customer-facing investment, insurance, private banking or wealth management sales experience with emphasis on client relationship building

Strong networks that allow for business development
Multi-lingual and territorial specific experience would be advantageous


Responsibilities:

Conversion of leads into clients, through the delivery of industry-leading customer service, a premier on-boarding experience and world-class advisory to new and existing clients

Raise awareness of services and solutions offered by my client

Research, prepare and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducer''s, intermediary partners, and client prospects / leads

Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to access suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risk

Collaborate to provide world-class, industry leading client experience throughout the entire sales journey

High success rate of conversion of sales leads into clients

Meet and exceed the assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets

Actively grow existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities

Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects

Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions with full and effective use of the CRM system

Key skills and experience:

Exceptional communication skills in order to communicate, present and speak to all industry stakeholders

Powerpoint presentations, and ability to speak in front of large audience as well as  one on one consultations with clients, intermediaries and introducers

Collaborative approach to be able to build relationships and influence in a positive manner, being confident and allowing a client to feel comfortable, by radiating honesty, trust and credibility, and loyalty throughout client journey

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills including tact and diplomacy at all times

Strong research and strategic analysis skills and a high competency working with MS Office ideally with CRM experience

Ability to collect data required and prepare an accurate analysis for the client and be able to offer the most fitting solutions

Be a positive representative of the client and its brand in the marketplace, industry events and conferences and webinars
