Client Associate Relationship Manager

POSITION INFO:

• You will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients and guiding them through their lending journey, from on-boarding to offering funding solutions
• Supporting qualified prospects towards becoming new clients
• Developing and qualifying Leads
• Review funding applications
• Credit assessments
• SME Onboarding
• Account management

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, intellectually curious, outcomes driven, team players that are constantly looking for innovative and new approaches, ready to get their hands dirty and grow into leadership positions over time

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably commerce), or relevant, similar work experience
• At least 3-5 years’ work experience in a sales and/or client facing role in the financial services or insurance industry
• 2 years’ of experience of identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities (leads)
• Strong communication and persuading skills
• Involvement in a leadership role in a community initiative, religious, education, social or sporting organisation will be advantageous
