Are you a people-person with a passion for client service and marketing? Our client, a respected professional service provider, is looking for a dynamic Client Engagement & Marketing Consultant to join their team!
In this exciting and varied role, you'll be the face of the business - building relationships with clients, creating engaging content, and helping grow the client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders

Recruiting new clients and managing client relationships
-
Upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
-
Conducting regular client visits
-
Following up on payments and ensuring client satisfaction
-
Managing social media content and online presence
-
Conducting client satisfaction surveys
-
Ensuring all client agreements and contracts are in place and up to date
Requirements:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field (advantageous)
-
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
-
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
-
Professional, presentable, and confident communicator
What’s in it for you?

Basic Salary: R10 000 per month

Performance-Based Incentive: After 3 months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 16h30
