JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support to senior staff of the company’s delegated solutions team for their client report backs, as well as to senior and principal consultants on Advisory clients

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Assist senior team member with report backs to delegated clients and/or advice clients.
Assist senior team in keeping clients updated with developments in investments.
Maintain, service and assist on a senior team members’ portfolio of clients in order to add value to the clients, and to achieve client satisfaction.
Support the deliverables associated with presentation report backs relating to economics and investment performance.
Liaison and communication with internal departments on issues pertaining to management of the client portfolio.
Monitoring and follow up of instructions and information requests.
Display self-awareness and insight into areas of strength and development.
Fulfils his/her duties in such a manner that the relevant TCF outcomes are delivered.
Quickly owns up to any mistakes or oversights he/she may be party to that may have negative TCF consequences.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, investments, finance, economics, etc.
1 - 3 years relevant experience

FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements

No criminal record
Class of business completed (preferred, not mandatory)
RE5 completed (preferred, not mandatory)
