Job description

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients and facilitating a seamless transition.
Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and ensure customer retention and growth.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.
Communicate well between sales team, analysts and clients
Provide required information and documents to clients.
Provide support and assistance to other management teams.
Very strong attention to detail
Assist in Maintaining Management Documentation
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Ensure all documentation and communication are done according to company’s quality management system policies and procedures

Requirements

Very strong administrative skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
