A well-established manufacturing giant based in Midrand is on the hunt for a Client Liaison Officer who can keep customers happy, operations flowing and stock levels in perfect sync.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being The Glue Between Clients And Operations):

Receiving and processing client orders without missing a beat (or a batch)
Using your MRP know-how to keep production on point
Updating daily MSA like clockwork
Ordering stock, creating pick slips and generating dispatch notes
Ensuring no batch misalignment (because in manufacturing, timing is everything)
Keeping communication between operations and clients as smooth as a perfectly tempered chocolate bar

You’re Our Perfect Recipe If You Have:

A relevant tertiary qualification
5+ years solid manufacturing industry experience (you know the cycle inside-out)
Exceptional client liaison & communication skills (you speak both “client” and “operations” fluently)
Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and VLOOKUPs are your second language)
Knowledge of SAP or Sage (essential)
