Purpose of the position: We are looking for an individual who has a personality to deal with clients. The focus of the roll will be client relations and scheduling, so they need to be a people''''''''s person but have the attention to detail and able to organise and coordinate.

Client Relationship Coordinator

Area: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Salary: R20 000 - R22 000 (depending on experience); Medical Aid; Provident Fund; 13th Cheque; Performance Bonus

Duties:

• Daily planning and scheduling of maintenance and new installations
• Route Planning
• Management of ticketing platform
• Client communication and confirmation of schedule
• Assisting with client quotes
• Client meetings

Requirements

• Matric
• Relevant diploma will be advantageous
• 2 years relevant experience
• Client service experience essential
• Attention to detail
