SUMMARY:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a financial planning organization. This role involves understanding clients' financial needs, providing tailored support, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with financial planners and other team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Arrange regular meetings with clients to review their financial plans and goals.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain consistent and ongoing client communication.

• Collaborate with financial planners to create and update client financial plans.
• Compile client documents and summaries for portfolio management.
• Compile and distribute documentation on request.
• Generate client plans and portfolios.

1. • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
   • Gather and verify client information and documentation.
   • Collecting and maintaining client records and information
   • Set up client accounts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

1. • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
   • Implement strategies to retain clients and enhance their loyalty.

1. • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
   • Generating and completing of needs internal and external agreements and documentation
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
   • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
   • Adhere to all company processes and policies

1. • Maintenance and uploading of client records and profiles on a continuous basis.
