SUMMARY:
A dynamic opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to lead customer engagement in the renewable energy sector.

POSITION INFO:
A leading renewable energy company, based in Johannesburg, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee customer care and technical support. The role involves managing client queries, building strong relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience, while supporting internal teams and the Senior CRM.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Strong technical understanding of solar PV and BESS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3–5 years' experience in customer relationship management or customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
