Client Relationship Specialist (Parraplanner)

SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (Paraplanner) for our esteemed client, based in Melrose North, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a Private Client Wealth / Relationship Manager, specifically with high and ultra-high net worth clients. You should possess a recognized FSCA tertiary qualification, have passed the RE5 Exam, and be registered on an FSP license as a Representative. This role requires strong experience in investment advisory, financial planning, and estate planning, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Recognized FSCA tertiary qualification
• RE5 Exam passed and currently registered on an FSP license as a Representative
• Class of Business training completed (as per FSCA and company requirements)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Private Client Wealth / Relationship Manager, specifically working with high and ultra-high net worth clients
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in investment advisory, financial planning, and estate planning
• Valid driver’s license
• Candidates must meet all Fit and Proper requirements, allowing them to be added to the company’s FSP license

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with private wealth clients.
• Foster client confidence and goodwill by understanding and meeting their financial needs.
• Provide investment advisory and financial planning services within a sales-oriented environment.
• Ensure ethical and compliant conduct in all client interactions.
• Deliver high-quality client servicing and relationship management for existing clients.
• Assist with administrative duties related to client servicing and portfolio management.
