SUMMARY:
Looking to join our client, an evolving Telecommunications Giant, in the North of Johannesburg as they recruit for a Client Retentions Consultant. The main purpose of this position includes sales administration as well as addressing customer concerns and educating customers on the value of their products and services provided.

• At least 1 + years’ experience in a similar position
• Client retention and sales administration experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in high pressured sales environments
• Team player
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills

• Customers renewals
• Quotations
• Billing queries
• Product queries
• Address customer concerns and provide valuable solutions
• Client support
• Educate clients on products and services.
