Customer Service Liaison (POS288)

Sydenham, Port Elizabeth

R 8 000 per month

Requirements

Fully Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Client Relationship building and maintenance
Ability to work well within a team
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong time management
Must work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

Corresponding with local and international clients (email and telephone)
Preparing quotes and invoices
General administrative functions
Requesting payments and scheduling orders
Face to face interactions with walk-in clients
Translating client instructions onto digital production system and physical job cards
Upselling clients on retails products
