SUMMARY:
Prism Placements and this National Property Management Business are looking for a Property Renewals / Leasing Specialist to join their team in Midrand.

POSITION INFO:
Remuneration:

Market Related C.T.C. per annum plus high commission earning potential.

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree completed.
Min 2-4years experience in a similar role in a high-volume leasing environment such as student or commercial / industrial rentals.
Proven experience taking raw leads and turning them into successful property rentals essential.
Well versed in Afrikaans and English.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites essential.
