Key Responsibilities
Opening of new client accounts in accordance with internal procedures
Handling and resolving a range of client queries efficiently and professionally
Updating and maintaining static data on internal systems
Collating, reviewing, and maintaining due diligence documentation
Assisting clients with setting up and managing online access
Drafting and distributing client correspondence when required
Participating in remediation project work as assigned

Essential Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Capable of managing multiple priorities and re-prioritising as needed
Good understanding of technology and financial systems

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence requirements
