Our client in the Taxidermy Industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Client Services Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Drivers license and own vehicle.
• Experience as a Client Services Manager.
• Sales experience and management experience.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office).
• The successful candidate will have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry.
• Be able to function well under high pressure.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Work well in a team.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Afrikaans language.

• You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 Sales Representatives.
• You will be dealing with clients via email, telephonically and face to face.
• You will be responsible for resolving client queries.
• You will have you own client database to service.
